Our instructors lead staff and management through routines specifically designed to alleviate and refresh within the confines of work. Most Americans are now familiar with Yoga and its numerous health benefits to the body & mind. Qi Gong, often described as Yoga’s Chinese counterpart, has been gaining momentum in this country in recent years. Both Yoga and Qi Gong, generally focus on breath control, mindful stretching, and meaningful poses.

PRACTICAL SELF-DEFENSE

Although no one will become Bruce Lee overnight, having some basic self-defense skills has been shown to lead to much greater peace of mind and a happier overall state of being. Stemming from our Founder’s decades of training in Traditional Kung Fu, Great Health’s Self-Defense seminars have been specifically designed for the company campus. We are also happy to arrange seminars outside of your workplace as well. Individual instruction is available.
